Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States mountains is hiring for winter 2026/27. We offer a range of seasonal roles, including ski instructors, cooks, drivers, and more, with high pay, free passes, and lessons plus discounts and wellness benefits. Applications are rolling through December 15 or until filled.

Starting wages range from $21.00/hr to $64.34/hr. Instructors may earn more with teaching incentives. Full and part time positions available across 40+ resorts worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent.
• Fluent English communication required.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service in a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support ski school operations including scanning, lifts, and equipment fitting.
• Provide feedback to inspire lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.
