Job summary

Low Pressure Studio in Seattle is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be the first contact for inquiries, process orders, handle returns, and support ECOM operations across the Bataleon, Rome and Nidecker brands.

You will work with an international team, using Gorgias, Shopify and NetSuite to ensure accurate order handling and timely customer responses, while lifting gear as needed during peak season.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in winter sports or related field.
• Organized with multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers promptly to minimize response times.
• Manage orders, returns, and inventory; assist with live chat and phone inquiries.
• Develop product knowledge for Bataleon, Rome and Nidecker offerings; stay updated on pricing and promotions.
• Record all interactions in Gorgias and adjust orders in Shopify and NetSuite.
