Job summary

BrightView in Battle Creek is hiring a Snow Tech. You’ll perform snow removal using ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels and salt spreaders. Shifts are on-call and can be 6 to 12 hours, often overnight during storms.

We offer a pay range of $24-$28 per hour, determined by experience and certifications. Requirements include being 18+, safe work, smartphone for attendance app, dependable transportation, training and background check, and legal eligibility to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work under safety guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Must have a smartphone to use our attendance tracker App.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• You must attend and pass training and a background check.
• Able to lawfully work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal tasks, operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and salt spreaders.
• Work with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
