Job summary

Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA is seeking a Snow Sports Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Snow Sports department. You will coordinate day-to-day functions, maintain records and schedules, assist with employee and guest processes, and serve as a key link between the Snow Sports team, other departments, and leadership.

• Basic understanding of ski & snowboard, outdoor recreation, or the tourism industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate soft skills such as presenting ideas clearly to management.
• Ability to interface with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift or team-lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Flaik system and assisting the Snow Sports Manager with integrating it with UniFocus.
• Recording and tracking all background checks, clearances, trainings, binding releases, and teaching certifications.
• Assisting the Snow Sports Manager and Human Resources with recruitment.
• Assisting the Snow Sports Manager with Change of Status forms.
• Assisting the Snow Sports Manager and Supervisor with pre-shift meetings.
• Assisting the department with guest concerns with lessons.
• Assisting the department with selling lessons.
• Assisting the department with teaching lessons.
