Camelback Resort seeks a part-time Certified Ski/Snowboard Instructor for the Winter 2026-27 season. You will deliver engaging lessons to guests of all ages, promote mountain safety, and provide top-tier guest service under the Ski & Ride Academy. Qualifications

• PSIA or AASI Certification is required.
• Passion for teaching and helping guests succeed.
• Outstanding guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to learning styles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Complete Camelback's instructor orientation and training.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying winter conditions for extended periods.
• Ability to ski or snowboard for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun ski or snowboard instruction to individuals and groups of varying ages and ability levels.
• Teach proper skiing or snowboarding techniques while adapting lessons to meet each guest's needs.
• Promote mountain safety and educate guests on responsible skiing and riding practices.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming learning environment.
• Follow direction from Ski & Ride Academy leadership to ensure lesson program consistency.
• Welcome guests, assist with lesson check-in, and direct them to lesson locations.
• Support daily Ski & Ride Academy operations and assist with additional duties as needed.
