Job summary

Village Green Landscapes, Inc. is seeking a Snow Shoveler Crew Lead to manage an on-site crew during the winter season. You will be the primary customer contact, ensuring satisfaction, brand loyalty, and smooth teamwork.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and timely delivery of snow removal and de-icing services, with a focus on professional conduct and proactive communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise snow shoveler crew on-site and cover assigned jobs.
• Ensure safe and proficient use and maintenance of snow removal/de-icing equipment.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew for success.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise all assigned jobs.
• Document safety procedures, accidents, and workers’ compensation claims.
