Qualifications

• Experience leading snow removal crews preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in freezing weather.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Pass company safety training course.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a snow removal crew during snow and ice events.
• Ensure assigned properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Conduct equipment inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
• Training and supporting crew members in safe operating procedures and quality expectations.
• Maintaining accurate job status updates using company technology and field software.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for customers while on site.
• Promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
