Employer Overview:

Big Rock Ski Area is a nonprofit mountain resort located in northern Maine, just a few miles from the Canadian border. Since the 1960s, we have been an integral part of the Aroostook County community, offering classic Maine skiing with a welcoming and down-to-earth atmosphere. With nearly 1,000 feet of vertical drop, a newly upgraded snowmaking system, and a state-of-the-art chairlift, we provide a variety of terrain suitable for all skill levels. Big Rock goes above and beyond to exceed expectations, and we take pride in that.

We are not just a place to ski; we are a community where you can develop your skills, meet great people, and enjoy the outdoors. This sense of community is central to our mission as a nonprofit organization.

As an employer, we value hard work and teamwork. At Big Rock, your efforts truly matter, and you can see the difference you make every day. If you appreciate working in an environment where people support each other and share a love for winter, we believe you'll be a great fit here.
