Job summary

Umbrella Property Services is hiring Snow Removal Crew in Mokena, IL, at $25 per hour. You will clear sidewalks and entrances, operate a snow thrower, and apply ice-control materials to keep areas safe before opening.

This seasonal role runs November 1 through March 31. On-call availability is required for nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; reliable transportation and a phone are essential. Safety first and teamwork are emphasized.

About the Job

Umbrella Property Services is hiring Snow Removal Crew in Mokena, IL, at $25 per hour. Previous experience is welcome, but you can start without it. When the snow stops at 5am, you are the reason the front entrance is safe to walk before the building opens.

• You take pride in a walkway cleared corner to corner and salted right, safe for whoever comes through next.
• You are the kind of teammate others want next to them at 4am in the cold.
• You believe safety comes first, and you follow the procedures and direction your supervisor sets.
• You bring on-call availability from November through March, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and you report promptly when dispatched.
• You bring reliable transportation and a phone you answer.
• You bring the stamina for physical outdoor work in cold, changing weather, on zero-tolerance and two-inch-trigger properties.

Who We Are:

• We handle property services for commercial properties in Chicago and across the Chicagoland area.
• We cover several service categories for the same client, so property managers work with fewer vendors.
• We move when the weather moves. Last year the first snow came the opening weekend of November.

What You Will Do Each Day:
