Job summary

Mmc-Land-Management- is seeking a Snow Removal Crew Member to keep commercial properties safe and accessible during winter. This seasonal role offers on-call shifts, weekly pay, and a supportive team that values reliability, safety, and teamwork. No experience is required for entry-level crew members, and on-the-job training is provided.

Experienced operators may operate plow trucks and skid-steers. Responsibilities include shoveling snow, applying salt, and responding promptly during winter

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for entry-level crew roles; on-the-job training is provided.
• For equipment operator roles: experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment and a valid driver's license.
• Dependable and punctual, with availability to respond quickly to winter storms.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and challenging weather and repeatedly lift and shovel snow during a shift.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Shovel snow from walkways, steps, building entrances, and other areas that equipment cannot reach.
• Apply salt and ice melt to pedestrian and vehicle surfaces to help reduce icy conditions.
• Operate plow trucks or skid-steers to clear commercial lots, driveways, and roadways, if qualified.
• Respond promptly when called for snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Work with crew members to complete assigned areas safely, thoroughly, and efficiently.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay, with premium rates for experienced snow equipment operators. Pay is issued weekly, with direct deposit available.
