This Snow Removal Operator position offers on-site work during the winter season, with overnight shifts and a focus on safety, quality, and dependable service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, skid steers, or salt trucks.
• Dependable and safety-focused work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and on-call availability during snow events.
• Ability to work long shifts, including overnight hours, during storms.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Punctuality and strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders, skid steers, or salt trucks to remove snow and ice from designated areas.
• Maintain safe and accessible parking lots, driveways, and pathways for customers.
• Respond promptly to snow and ice events, often working overnight and in challenging weather conditions.
