Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual with ability to respond quickly to winter storms.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy conditions.
• Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift.
• Valid driver's license required for equipment operator roles.
• Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment preferred for operator roles; training provided for entry-level positions.
