Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor winter duties.
• Willing to work on-call and overnight shifts during snow events.
• Prior snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels and equipment.
• Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent slips and falls.
• Respond promptly to snow events as part of an on-call team.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels and other provided equipment
• Apply salt or de-icing materials to walkways and surfaces to prevent slips and falls
• Respond promptly to snow events as part of an on-call team, including overnight shifts as needed
• Maintain a high standard of safety and attention to detail while working in winter weather conditions
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient snow removal operations
