Professional equipment is provided, along with thorough training and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. On-call availability and overnight shifts are part of the schedule as needed.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Available for on-call and overnight work during snow events.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels and other provided equipment.
• Apply salt or de-icing materials to walkways and surfaces to prevent slips and falls.
• Respond promptly to snow events as part of an on-call team, including overnight shifts as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and attention to detail while working in winter weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient snow removal operations.
