The on-call role supports Elan Apartments – Fitchburg, WI 53719 and Apex at Verona, providing snow removal and salting to ensure resident safety during the November–April season. We value dependable, responsible team players who can work independently and pay close attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Seasonal snow removal experience preferred.
• On-call availability during snow events.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-call snow removal for sidewalks, walkways, entry areas, and parking lots.
• Salting and treating common walkways and entrances.
• Promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development positively within the community.
• Other duties as assigned by property management.

We're looking for Seasonal Snow Removal help at our residential communities in our Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay locations. This job is responsible for on call snow removal in order to ensure the safety of current residents and prospects. This position will support our properties, Elan and Apex at Verona Apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on call snow removal, based on the needs of the property, for areas including:
• sidewalks
• walkways
• entry areas
• parking lots
• Salting common walkways such as sidewalks and entry ways.
• Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community.
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• On call basis - dependent on weather (runs from November to April)
