Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior snow removal or de-icing equipment operation preferred but not required; training provided.
• Licensing: Valid state driver''s license required for plow or salt truck positions.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently to clear snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways.
• Operate salt spreaders and de-icing equipment and apply materials according to weather and client specifications.
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily; report mechanical issues to management.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used; document weather and ice conditions as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE; participate in safety briefings.
