Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience operating snow removal equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Valid state driver's license required for plow or salt truck positions.

Responsibilities

Operate snow removal equipment (plow trucks, skid steers, front-end loaders) safely and efficiently to clear snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways.
Operate salt spreaders and de-icing equipment according to weather conditions and client specs.
Inspect and maintain equipment; report mechanical issues to management.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used where applicable.
Follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and participate in safety meetings.
