Job summary

American Landscaping Partners is seeking a Snow Removal Operator to manage snow and ice control on client properties during winter weather. You will operate plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, and de-icing equipment, ensuring safety and accessibility.

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will respond to weather conditions, perform routine maintenance, and document work and materials used. This is an hourly, on-site role with seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating snow removal equipment or de-icing equipment is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Valid state driver's license required for plow or salt truck positions.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently to clear snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways.
• Operate salt spreaders and de-icing equipment per weather conditions and client specifications; apply materials as needed.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; report malfunctions; keep daily records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements; participate in daily safety briefings as needed.
• Support timely responses to weather events and communicate conditions to management.
