ProScapes Lawn, Landscape & Snow in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. You will install trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, edging, and hardscape elements while helping with site prep and cleanups.

This hands-on outdoor role values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. We offer competitive pay of $21-$28 per hour, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Landscape or construction experience is preferred, but we will consider dependable candidates who are willing to learn.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work, including lifting and moving landscape materials.
• Comfortable working outside in changing weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to arrive ready to work on time.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction.
• Ability to work well with a crew and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, landscape rock, edging, and other landscape materials.
• Assist with site preparation, demolition, grading, soil preparation, and cleanup.
• Help construct landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape elements.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools and landscape materials.
• Operate hand tools and landscape equipment safely and properly. Equipment experience is a plus.
• Follow direction from crew leads and work efficiently as part of a team.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers, customers, and property managers.
• Follow company safety procedures and take care of company tools, vehicles, and equipment.

ProScapes Lawn, Landscape & Snow is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team in Eagan, Minnesota. We serve residential and commercial properties throughout the Twin Cities and take pride in doing high-quality work with professional crews and the right equipment.

This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to build practical landscaping skills. You will help install and improve landscapes including plantings, rock and mulch beds, edging, grading, sod, drainage, and hardscape projects.

Position Overview

As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work alongside our crew leads and other team members to complete landscape installation projects safely, efficiently, and to ProScapes quality standards. Work varies from day to day and includes both residential and commercial properties.

• Install trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, landscape rock, edging, and other landscape materials.
