Miller Landscape in Orion, MI is seeking reliable Snow Removal Technicians to join our team. This on-call winter role involves plowing, shoveling, salting, and keeping both commercial and residential properties safe and accessible during snow events.

Qualifications

• Experience in snow removal or landscaping preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate snow plows, skid steers or related equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be available for early morning, overnight and on-call shifts.
• Able to work outdoors in cold winter conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow plowing, shoveling, and snow blowing on commercial and residential properties
• Apply ice melt, salt, and other de-icing materials to walkways, driveways, and parking lots
• Operate snow removal equipment including plows, snow blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Complete assigned routes in a timely manner during winter weather events
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report any maintenance needs
• Communicate with team leads regarding job site conditions and completion status
• Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction on every property
