Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Snow Removal Crew member to help keep commercial properties safe during the winter season. You will participate in hands-on snow clearing, de-icing, and snow removal operations across assigned sites and conditions.

The role offers on-the-job training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for advancement for reliable workers. Flexible, on-call scheduling supports supplemental or seasonal income throughout winter.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual; able to respond quickly to winter storms.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy conditions.
• Physically able to lift and shovel repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license required for equipment operator roles.
• Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment preferred for operators; training provided for entry-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow by hand from walkways, steps, building entrances, and other areas.
• Apply ice-melt and salt to ensure safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles.
• Operate plow trucks or skid-steers to remove snow from commercial lots and driveways (for qualified operators).
• Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal for all assigned areas

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay, with premium rates for experienced snow equipment operators. Weekly pay with direct deposit available.
