LAZ Parking in Hartford, CT is seeking a Snow Removal Attendant to work independently or with a team under the Maintenance Director. The role focuses on de-icing and clearing snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots for various properties, while promoting safety and quality workmanship.

The position demands outdoor work in all weather, physical effort, and punctuality, with a base pay of $20 per hour and seasonal hours depending on weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Weather dependent position with no guaranteed hours.
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities

• Work with Maintenance Director to de-ice and remove snow from walks, driveways and parking lots according to contracts.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and protect current landscape and property.
• Care for personal or company-provided equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Safely distribute de-icing solutions such as calcium chloride or rock salt.
• Meet contract deadlines while delivering great customer service and quality.
• Attend training classes and seminars as requested by management.
