Job summary

LAZ Parking is hiring a Snow Operator in Hartford, CT to de-ice and clear snow from multiple properties. You will work independently or with a team under the Maintenance Director, promoting safety and quality workmanship in all weather conditions.

This role requires driving a plow truck and operating machinery like Bobcat or John Deere, with on-call seasonal scheduling and a focus on reliability and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director with de-icing and removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots.
• Maintain safety, integrity and professionalism on site.
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean and in good working order.
• Apply de-icing solutions safely (calcium chloride/rock salt).
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and communicate efficiently with the team.
• Meet contract deadlines while delivering quality customer service.
