RYCOE Enterprises Inc. in Central NY is seeking an experienced Snow Plow Operator for the upcoming winter season. You will clear snow and ice from commercial lots and roadways, apply salting, and follow assigned routes while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This on-site, on-call role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, prior snow plowing experience, and the ability to respond 24/7 during storms. Weekly pay and bonus opportunities accompany competitive hourly wages.

Role Overview:

RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is looking to expand our team with an experienced and dependable Snow Plow Operator to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This is a vital role ensuring safe and accessible properties during snow events. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to respond 24/7 when weather conditions demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots, roadways, and traffic areas, including salting and other winter maintenance as assigned.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow company safety procedures and customer requirements.
• Perform pre & post-trip inspections on equipment and report any issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a professional attitude and deliver quality services in challenging weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in snow plowing required.
• Dependable, punctual and safety conscious.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available 24/7 during snow events.
