RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Loader Operator for the upcoming winter season to clear snow and ice on commercial properties in Central NY. The role requires reliability, safety-consciousness, and availability 24/7 during snow events.

You will operate wheel loaders with pushers, perform pre/post inspections, and follow routes to complete tasks efficiently under challenging weather. We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly pay incentives, and the potential for recurring seasonal

Formación

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior snow plowing and heavy equipment experience.
• Must be available 24/7 during snow events.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate wheel loader with pushers and other heavy equipment to clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots, roadways, and traffic areas, including salting and other winter maintenance as assigned.
• Load, push, move and stockpile snow efficiently and safely in designated snow storage areas.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow company safety procedures and customer requirements.
• Perform pre & post-trip inspections on equipment and report any issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a professional attitude and deliver quality services in challenging weather conditions.

This is a vital role ensuring safe and accessible properties during snow events. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to respond 24/7 when weather conditions demand.
