Job summary

Winter Services LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily snow removal and landscape operations by managing scheduling, dispatch, timesheet validation, and customer communication.

You will work closely with field crews, operations, and sales to ensure jobs are scheduled, completed, and documented, especially during snow events and peak seasons.

The role emphasizes accuracy in timesheets, proactive scheduling, and coordination with customers and crews for timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in landscaping, snow removal, or field service industries.
• High attention to detail.
• Organizational skills: dispatching or scheduling experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM, GPS tracking, and route management systems.
• Ability to work extended hours during snow events.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily timesheets against Viaesys and GPS data for accuracy.
• Identify gaps or missed jobs and follow up with Crew Leaders or Account Managers.
• Communicate with field crews to resolve time, job, or route questions.
• Schedule and dispatch snow removal crews during snow events.
• Create and update snow route schedules with plow numbers and routes.
• Organize routes by geographic efficiency while prioritizing premier accounts.
• Respond to customer calls during snow events and provide real-time service updates.
