John Mulhall Landscaping is seeking a Snow + Ice Operator to join our Omaha team. You will follow a Site Manager, help clear snow and ice, and support timely, quality work across properties in the Greater Omaha area.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, comfortable in cold weather, punctual, and detail-oriented. You will work with a cooperative crew to keep spaces safe and accessible during winter events.

A Day in the Life

As a Snow + Ice Operator, you’ll report to a Site Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Snow + Ice Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.

Your Impact

• Champion a safe work environment by following safety protocols, minimizing on-site risks, and reinforcing The Safe Way Is The Right Way
• Deliver safe and accessible properties by removing snow and ice, applying de-icing materials, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout every snow event
• Operate trucks, skids, wheel loaders, or other heavy equipment to remove snow from sidewalks, parking lots, and other hard surfaces
• Support efficient snow response by communicating availability and arriving prepared and on time
