Job summary

Trustgreenhall in Omaha is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a small crew and deliver high-quality landscape care across our properties, in line with our vision to be the most loved landscape company in the Midwest. You will report to a Field Manager, lead two to three crew members, and ensure safe, timely delivery of services while maintaining strong customer service and teamwork.

A Day in the Life

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will report to a Field Manager and your primary focus will be maintaining some of Omaha’s most beautiful properties all in line with our vision to be the most loved landscape company in the Midwest.

Your Impact

• Lead, motivate, and delegate landscaping tasks to your team of two to three crew members
• Maintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with, allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer service
• Prioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our landscaping services

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer setup is preferred, but not required
• Ability to run landscaping equipment which include but is not limited to mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers and chainsaws
• Ability to follow instruction and work as a team player
