Job summary

Mulhall's Nursery, Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking a Snow + Ice Operator to support our landscape team during winter events. You will report to a Site Manager and help keep properties safe and accessible by removing snow and applying de-icing materials.

Responsibilities include operating trucks and heavy equipment, arriving on time, and working outdoors in cold conditions. A detail-oriented, reliable, and team-minded attitude is essential to excel in this role.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Snow + Ice Operator, you’ll report to a Site Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Snow + Ice Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.

YOUR IMPACT

• Champion a safe work environment by following safety protocols, minimizing on-site risks, and reinforcing The Safe Way Is The Right Way
• Deliver safe and accessible properties by removing snow and ice, applying de-icing materials, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout every snow event
• Operate trucks, skids, wheel loaders, or other heavy equipment to remove snow from sidewalks, parking lots, and other hard surfaces
• Support efficient snow response by communicating availability and arriving prepared and on time
