Job summary

Gabriel Group in Omaha, NE seeks equipment operators for the seasonal snow season. You will operate a snow plow, skid steer, and front loader, following dispatch directions and safety standards.

The role requires 5 years’ blade-equipped plow experience, a valid driver's license, and endurance for long shifts. On-call duties and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ experience operating a plow truck with a straight and/or V blade.
• Must possess a driver’s license, clean criminal record, and pass a drug test.
• Ability to operate a mobile device for time tracking and service documentation.
• Physically able to handle labor-intensive duties and long shifts (up to 14 hours).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing daily preventative maintenance on snow equipment.
