Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Snow Groomer for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will maintain snowmaking equipment, assist with pre-season setup and post-season tear down, and operate snowmaking and lifts to ensure a premier winter experience.

We welcome individuals with mechanical aptitude, heavy equipment and diesel experience, and a flexible schedule that may include 2nd or 3rd shifts. High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Heavy equipment and diesel experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to take direction.
• Flexible schedule; may work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Snow grooming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of snowmaking equipment.
• Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear down.
• Snow making, Lift operation.
• Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
