Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking energetic staff to assist guests in selecting rental gear and to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. You will help guests choose ski/snowboard sizes, fit boots, and verify liability forms while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

The role includes equipment tuning and care, with cross-training across Rental Shop positions. A GED or high school diploma and some retail experience are preferred; strong guest-facing skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; Retail experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Help guests pick out appropriate size skis/snowboard.
• Fit boots and adjust bindings to proper settings for comfort and safety.
• Select correct size ski poles.
• Verify all signatures and initials on liability release form.
• Tuning and waxing of skis and snowboards.
• Binding test per ASTM standards.
• Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing and maintaining safety and cleanliness of the resort.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set by supervisor.
• 可能 may be required to work in Food and Beverage during the middle of the day.
• Must be cross-trained in all Rental Shop positions.
