Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting skis/snowboards and sizes.
• Fit boots and adjust bindings for comfort and safety.
• Select correct ski poles and verify signatures on liability releases.
• Tuning and waxing of skis and snowboards.
• Cross-train in all Rental Shop positions and maintain cleanliness.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals.
• Occasionally work in Food and Beverage during peak hours.
