Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort in Soda Springs, CA is seeking Rental Technicians to help guests select and correctly fit ski and snowshoe equipment. You will process rentals through POS systems, verify guest information, and ensure safety before guests head to the trails.

Training is provided and a passion for snow sports is a plus. Typical shifts require weekend and holiday availability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help select and fit ski, boot, and pole equipment.
• Ensure guests are safely outfitted before hitting the trails.
• Process rental products and add-ons through POS and rental systems.
• Verify guest information and payments before completing transactions.
• Assist with shop operations and cross-train in other departments as needed.
