Job summary

BrightView is seeking aSnow Equipment Operator in Michigan. The role focuses on operating snow removal machinery, staying on-call during winter events, and safely clearing designated areas while protecting trees, hydrants, and sidewalks.

You will report to a Supervisor and complete post-job documentation. Qualifying candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with prior snowplow or heavy equipment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to work outside in cold, snowy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow using various heavy equipment for several hours.
• Be on-call and report to central location or jobsite during snow events.
• Avoid piling snow on trees, shrubs, hydrants, or sidewalks.
• Report concerns or incidents to your Supervisor.
• Fill out a job sheet after each snow removal operation.
