Job summary

Shaw's Garage in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Snow Equipment Install Tech to join a team gearing up for an incredible season. You will install snowplows, salters, and accessory equipment, complete wiring and controller setups, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems.

Choose your schedule—Seasonal, full-time, or part-time— with standard hours 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday; overtime is available. We value precision, teamwork, and quality workmanship and offer health and life insurance, paid time

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Experience with Fisher and/or Western Equipment.
• Experience with plow mount and wiring installations across diverse vehicle makes/models.
• Possess tools for equipment installation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to read and implement installation manuals.
• Ability to safely lift over 75 lbs; thrive in a dynamic shop.
• 2+ years of snow equipment installation preferred.
• Experience installing LED lighting, strobe kits, and auxiliary electrical accessories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install snowplows, salters, and accessory equipment.
