Job summary

Shaw's Garage in Florham Park, NJ, is seeking a Snow Equipment Mechanic - Maintenance Tech for the fall through winter season. This part-time/seasonal role pays $20-$35 per hour, depending on experience, and runs September through March with Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm shifts and occasional overtime.

You will service and repair snowplows, salt spreaders, trailers, and related equipment, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to diagnose, service, and repair mechanical snow equipment.
• Familiarity with Fisher or Western brands.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to provide basic tools and meet physical job demands.

Responsibilities

• Service snow removal equipment and vehicles.
• Install, upfit, repair, and maintain snowplows and salt spreaders.
