Job summary

Shaw's Garage in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Snow Equipment Install Tech to join a team preparing for an incredible season. You will install snowplows, salters, and related equipment, handling wiring and controller setups, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems.

Full-time, part-time, or seasonal options with a standard 8 AM–5 PM schedule and overtime available. Health and life insurance, PTO, and employee discounts are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Fisher/Western equipment experience.
• Plow mount and wiring installation experience across diverse vehicle makes and models.
• Have installation tools.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Strong mechanical skills; read manuals.
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs.
• 2+ years snow equipment install preferred.
• LED lighting, strobe kits, and accessories experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pay: $20 - $40 per hour

Schedule: Choose what fits your life - Seasonal, full-time, or part-time work. Our standard hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, and overtime is available!

Liking what you're hearing?

• Experience with Fisher and/or Western Equipment
• Experience with plow mount and wiring installations across a diverse range of vehicle makes and models
• Possess tools for equipment installation
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to accurately read and implement manufacturer installation manuals
• Ability to safely lift over 75 lbs and thrive in a dynamic shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in snow equipment installation is preferred
• Experience installing LED lighting, strobe kits, and auxiliary electrical accessories is preferred

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
