Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a property managed by Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Snow Crew Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient snow production. You will also oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling and evaluations while supporting snowmaking operations and lift duties in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in extreme weather.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

As the Snow Crew Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be r esponsible for the safe and efficient production of quality snow and also responsible for hiring/staffing, scheduling, and performance management/evaluations.

What you will be doing:

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prior supervisor experience required
• Work in fast-paced environment with some moving and lifting
• Great customer service and communication skills required
• Safety minded; Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2 nd shift
