Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Administration Supervisor for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will supervise office staff, assist guests, handle payments, and support cashiers while helping maintain exceptional service.

We value flexibility with a schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays; familiarity with Microsoft 365 enhances data entry and guest support across our AAA Four Diamond resort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Prior supervisor experience.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications.
• Prior SMS programs training.
• Prior Office experience.
• Good customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Enjoy working with the general public.
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
• Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle money and financial payments for services and goods.
• Data entry using Microsoft 365 and SMS applications.
• Assist guests with any needs or challenges.

What will you be doing?

• Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Prior supervisor experience
• Previous experience using Microsoft 365 applications
• Prior SMS programs training
• Prior Office experience
• Good customer service, organization, and communication skills required
• Enjoy working with the general public
• Take direction well
• Good cash handling skills
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Must have basic computer knowledge
