Job summary

The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Snow Crew Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient production of snow and to handle staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Located in Lake Geneva, WI, this AAA Four Diamond resort offers a premier guest experience. The role requires flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a strong focus on service and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Prior supervisor experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Safety minded; positive attitude and willingness to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities for the snow-operations team as needed.
• Supervise all Snow Makers.
• Assist in pre-season setup and post-season teardown.
• Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation.
• Demonstrate high level of expertise in all areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the day to day work responsibilities for the organization as needed
• Supervise all Snow Makers
• Assist in pre-season set-up and post-season tear-down
• Assist in snow sports area maintenance, snow making, and lift operation
• Exhibit the highest level of expertise in all areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Prior supervisor experience required
• Work in fast-paced environment with some moving and lifting
• Great customer service and communication skills required
• Safety minded; Positive attitude and willingness to work with children required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift
