Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Wisconsin seeks a friendly Ski Instructor Assistant to support our on-slope instructors and help with children's programs. You will assist in the boot room and related office tasks, help ensure guest safety on the ski hill, and perform a variety of duties around the Snowsport Center in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is preferred, and a beginner-level skier or snowboarder with strong customer service will excel in

What will you be doing?

• Assist instructors during activities or group sessions to provide Snow sports instruction to guests of all ages.
• Offer assistance for Children's program, boot room and related office duties.
• Ensure safety of all guests and associates while on the ski hill.
• Perform a variety of tasks around the Snowsport Center as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training accepted.
• Beginner-level skier or snowboarder required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; positive attitude.
• Safety-minded, able to take direction well, and comfortable working with the public, including children.
• Willingness to assist with various duties around the chalet.
• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions.
