Job summary

Enviroscapes is seeking a Snow Crew Member to support snow removal on a flexible, on-call schedule. The role involves manual shovel work, operating small snow blowers, and spreading salt to keep storefronts clear during winter events.

You will attend branch meetings if requested and follow all company policies. The position requires outdoor work in varying winter conditions and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Compensation is based on experience.

Job description

Snow Crew Memberis a flexible schedule position, on call as needed. Snow shovelers are responsible for snow removal with either a manual shovel or snow removal equipment.

As a Snow Shoveler you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test

Must be able to drive to the work site or branch in adverse weather conditions

WORK CONDITIONS

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally, if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including rain, snow, ice, sun, and extreme cold.
