Salary Range: $25.00 To $35.00 Hourly

A Snow Crew Memberis a flexible schedule position, on call as needed. Snow shovelers are responsible for snow removal with either a manual shovel or snow removal equipment.

As a Snow Shoveler you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:

• Attend meetings at the Branch, if requested.
• Perform snow removal with a manual shovel.
• Spread salt as requested.
• Remove snow from storefronts using awning rakes.
• Operate small snow blowers.
• Operate walk behind snow sweepers.
• Monitor weather correspondence and be aware of upcoming snow events.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test

Must be able to drive to the work site or branch in adverse weather conditions

WORK CONDITIONS

Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including rain, snow, ice, sun, and extreme cold.
