Job summary

BAM Outdoor Inc. is seeking a Snow Crew Member to join our on-call snow removal team. This role involves shoveling snow with manual tools or equipment, spreading salt, and clearing storefronts as needed during winter weather.

You must be reliable, able to work outdoors in cold conditions, and willing to adapt to shifting schedules. Responsibilities include attending branch meetings when requested, operating small snow blowers and walk-behind sweepers, and performing other duties as assigned in

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Must be able to drive to the work site or branch in adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently.

Job description

A Snow Crew Memberis a flexible schedule position, on call as needed. Snow shovelers are responsible for snow removal with either a manual shovel or snow removal equipment.

As a Snow Shoveler you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:

WORK CONDITIONS

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally, if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including rain, snow, ice, sun, and extreme cold.
