Yellowstone is seeking a Snow Crew Member to provide professional snow removal services for our clients in Roselle, IL. The role involves clearing designated areas and distributing de-icing solutions, with physical work in very cold and snowy conditions.

The position is part-time and on-call during weather events, offering the opportunity to work with high-profile clients using professional equipment. Safety gear is provided, and compensation is competitive and paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Capable of performing physically demanding work in cold and snowy conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and MVR considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Location: 250 N Garden Ave, Roselle, IL, 60172 The Snow Crew Member will provide professional snow removal services for our clients.

What would my responsibilities be?

• Snow removal for designated areas.
• Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions
• Perform highly physical and demanding work on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, and snowy weather
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders
• Proper application method of chemical application
• Part time/On call for weather events 24/7
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, life, grasp, carry, push, and pull during a regular workday shift
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus
• Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions: hot, cold, freezing, rain, snow, wet weather conditions and have proper attire
• Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) a plus
