Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Snow Crew Leader to supervise a team delivering professional snow removal services for our clients. You will manage ongoing snow removal tasks around the clock in all winter conditions while maintaining high attention to safety and quality.

You will lead operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure equipment — shovels, snow blowers, and salt spreaders — are used properly. This role is part time and on call for weather events, with safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
• Must lift/move 50 pounds or more.
• Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and snowy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely distribute de-icing solutions.
• Perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Know the proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders.

Job description

The Snow Crew Leader will supervise a team providing professional snow removal services for our clients. This position is responsible for performing ongoing snow removal tasks during all hours of the day and night in all outdoor weather conditions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

What would my responsibilities be?

• Snow removal for designated areas.
• Operating heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions for clients
• Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions
• Perform highly physical and demanding work on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, and snowy weather
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders
• Proper application method of chemical application
• Part time/On call for weather events 24/7
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, life, grasp, carry, push, and pull during a regular workday shift
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus
• Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions: hot, cold, freezing, rain, snow, wet weather conditions and have proper attire
• Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) required
