Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Snow Crew Leader to supervise a team delivering professional snow removal services. You will manage ongoing tasks during all hours in all weather, ensuring attention to detail and client satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in extreme cold, and reliable transportation to the job site. We offer on-call scheduling and competitive pay with weekly pay schedules.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in all outdoor weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site; ability to pass an MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee snow removal for designated areas.
• Operate heavy equipment to clear snow and treat icy conditions.
• Safely apply de-icing solutions; maintain equipment and safety standards.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in cold weather; work during all hours as needed.
• Follow proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders.

Job description

The Snow Crew Leader will supervise a team providing professional snow removal services for our clients. This position is responsible for performing ongoing snow removal tasks during all hours of the day and night in all outdoor weather conditions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

What would my responsibilities be?

• Snow removal for designated areas.
• Operating heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions for clients
• Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions
• Perform highly physical and demanding work on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, and snowy weather
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreaders
• Proper application method of chemical application
• Part time/On call for weather events 24/7
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, life, grasp, carry, push, and pull during a regular workday shift
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plus
• Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions: hot, cold, freezing, rain, snow, wet weather conditions and have proper attire
• Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) required
