Vail Resorts is hiring for the winter season in Wisconsin. The Snowcat Operator role involves safely operating grooming equipment, preparing trails, and collaborating with teammates to keep the ski area in top condition. Seasonal positions run 2026/2027 with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour and opportunities for growth, training, and employee benefits.

Applicants should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be fluent in English. Housing is not provided.

Formación

As a Snowcat Operator, you will groom and prepare the snow surface for the skiing guest. Learn to operate some of the coolest equipment in the ski industry! Seeking self-motivated, coordinated, and meticulous people to save their days for skiing, and use their nights to return the trails to a perfectly groomed state.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
