Job summary

Advantage Recruiting Group is seeking a Staff Educator for two Skilled Nursing Facility locations to oversee nursing education, staff development, and clinical competency programs across the facilities.

The ideal candidate will have SNF/LTC experience with a proven background in staff education, clinical training, orientation, and competency development. Responsibilities include developing orientation, coordinating in-service education, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license required.
• SNF/LTC experience required.
• Experience as Staff Educator or Nurse Educator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff education and clinical training programs across two SNF locations.
• Develop and conduct orientation programs for new nursing employees.
• Coordinate and maintain ongoing in-service education for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff.
• Develop and evaluate clinical competencies to ensure staff meet required standards.
• Identify educational needs based on clinical trends, audits, incidents, quality indicators, and staff performance.
• Travel between the two SNF locations as required.
